The Dollar Isn't an International Currency
The dollar really isn't an international currency. It's a national currency, it reflects American self-interest. And one of the problems is that right now countries have to find themselves, they have to support the dollar. So people are realizing we've got to have something that is more objective and not subject to national manipulation.
