Top secret means stuff that if you knew it, you would stop complying. The vast majority of money spent on lobbying and donations to political parties is to enable and encourage those that are politically powerful to act against the interests of the population. Usually if you have to bribe someone to do something, it's not for a good reason. I know countless people working in the industries of big pharma and food that are well-intentioned, loving people.
