CHAPTER

Is There a Need for Documentation?

I think the worst thing is if you have a split of great code and then there's no documentation or all documentation is the best. I see so often in open source, they have documentation how to install the software and then it has some features. But I don't know the architecture. It can be a one-liner fix. If you don't add this, then I will never touch your code or so not use this. They have not the time. I can build it myself faster than to get this at least the functionality I need. And I think this is very important.
