The Power of Breathing

The breath is a powerful lever to both bring you back into your body and back into the present moment. Breathing can also use the physiology of breathing to down regulate a spinny or anxious state. Intentionally start to take slower, longer breaths and notice how your breath feels in your body. The thing about chatter or spin is that those are anticipatory or past experiences and emotions when you are fully present.
