Lee Jen wholesale, I would call low risk, maybe medium depending on the market that you're in. Because of the amount of maintenance and costs that go into maintaining it, I'm probably going to go medium to high. Then we have education. There is zero risk to making yourself smarter. The only risk there is how hard are you willing to work in a mastermind? Yeah. And how much do you expect it to just happen for you?
