The simplest way to choose a protagonist is, feature the person who has the greatest pain and the most to gain. Do you tell it through the lens of the parent or the kid? If in the case of the, you know, a hihtek solution, you might have someone in i t us buying the product. Utut the person who's using it is a data scientist down the line in the organization.
