When I'm standing on one leg, the muscle contractions that are occurring at my hip that are causing my foot to kind of like oscillate and trying to like catch this femur in Tibia and fibula. So it's like this idea of like neural sharpening or neural polishing. Over time, if I can do a single leg already out with my eyes closed, I could do it with barbells or kettlebells or landmines or med balls,. That loop between the sensory organ of my muscle and essentially the cerebellum, which that's a whole nother long. But that pathway is paved and it goes, Oh, he's on one leg.
