Is She Helping You Be Your Best Self?
I think I just noticed when other people did it. And so then once I got a medication, it's not as though I go around thinking that I know everything about ADHD,. but I am like, whoa, that so was me six years ago. and I bet you that person doesn't know they have ADHD. Not that I'm a psychologist or expert, but I certainly feel as though the ways that they interact in the world and speak with other people was similar to how I was.
