When we get nervous, we tend to shallow breathe at the top of our lungs. We just don't have the ability to bring as much oxygen into our am into our so what we know is that when we do deep belly breathing, when we're expanding our lungs and we're holding that breath, it actually there's little filaments in our lungs. So actually sitting and opening your chest and breathing is powerful. You can stand and you can do small things that most people around you will think, whi she's taking control of how she feels.
