If we can increase our intensity, which basically means increase our output of effort and shorten up the amount of time we do it in, there is huge benefits to this. For a relatively inexperienced white belt who's just surviving in training, they're probably hearing that like, that's a bit unreasonable for me. I think a really good thing that most people in Jiu-Jitsu don't do is separating skill from fitness. So what I'm saying here is trying to get some time during the week, whether it's private lesson or you drilling or whatever, where you just work on the skill.
