Teresa: I always do that with the leaders that I'm coaching so that I can listen for how they're talking, you know, at a broad scale about strategy. There's a leader I'm coaching. He's a new CEO. And I listened to his earnings call. One of his goals was to give her to empower her as the CFO and not to kind of like feel like he needed to always contribute because that's that was his sweet spot.
