I was shocked at how slow it was I mean maybe that's in in relation to 30 Rock everything is slow right. The show was just as you said very dense and very fast and the jokes come at a wild pace, he says. He lets there be these big dead air moments which feels almost quaint now. Jeff: "The style of avant-garde pushing the bleeding edge comedy at that time felt almost quaint now"
