Oseman: Journey map operations gives you an over view of data, and put data in context. He says it can be difficult to relate to what people find urgent, but not necessarily important. Oseman will give a talk on journey mapping at the Gondeson design festival next month. There are also two courses scheduled for gondeson - one in april or something like that.
