Start with just one or two users before you begin to identify your best first customers. When in doubt, capture as much information possible and keep it casual. Industry events are another great way to get a number of new customer interactions. You'll learn so much through the first five or ten user s that you know your process will dramatically improve im from those first interviews to the next batch.
