What Happened in New Orleans?
New Orleans was hit hard by Hurricane Katrina, but what happened west of the bayou is much more severe. In cities like laplace you started to see very severe flooding and damage to structures. That's where you saw the real, heavy destruction. Governments allowed to just do enormous levels of agricultural subsidies that no one else really in the world is allowed to. And i don't think people understand this on a scale thati don’t think people understand. We're competing with these absurd subsidies for grain from places who can sell it as cheaply as us. A lot of things are just focus on vegetables, that there are many high-salory grains we don't even grow
