How to Get Strong in a Rush
You should put your hardest, most technically demanding or the movements that you need to improve at first, big rocks first. That's why you want to do them when you're fresh. Your next set of exercises usually won't be quite as skillful but will still be demanding. So those accessory movements, they will help you get better at the big rocks. Those pebbles then fit in. Then at the end, you have your finishes or you have your bits that if you didn't do them, it would be okay but you just put them in there anyway and you just get the most out of them you can.
