Karnataka's Deficit in Monsoon Is a Prediction

Karnataka has a population equivalent to France. And the scheme here is basically the Karnataka scheme called Anibhagya under which 10 kg of food grain will be given to every member of below poverty line households. This is such a hair brain thing that anybody can see that you're trying to stifle other people. Like deficit in monsoon, that's what I'm trying to say, sir.
