Today's question is from M and it goes like this: I've maintained a fairly consistent meditation practice since 2018. Recently I've desired to intentionally bring the practice into my daily routine. But I make plans and goals for the day, but I don't accomplish them. This makes me dislike myself and I feel greatly discouraged. How do I fix this?
