The three minute breathing space is more like five minutes in real time. You're giving people a chance to cycle through two different types of attention, open and concentrated and open again. This can be as i think, you know, you've talked about default network. That can be a way of helping people step out of automatic pilot by being more deliberate in how they're paying attention. The mind gets quieter and more at ease and less self referential when we go out to the sense of things as all, including the body as all. And so trainings like the body can enable people to do that for themselves.
