I look at a team like this. Like if I'm we don't really do the team concept anymore but when we did it's like all right. Who's holding us back. Who's our weakest weakest link because in the final you know you're only going to be as fast as as your slowest person. And there are so many people who don't look at it like that. It's just a different mentality and it's frustrating as hell to be on stock on teams with people who have that mentality.
