How to Build a Routine for Longer Races

For most people, I want you to either establish or reestablish a routine and build consistently for a period of at least three months before you jump into a race specific training block. So be patient about your racing. Don't race yet. In many ways, especially for that injured runner coming back, I don't want them to think about the next race until they've forgotten about their injury. You need to be quote, fit enough to train as we often say around rogue in order to really get into a race Specific Training Block.
