A, i think physiologically, it's not the best idea. But one of th things we've noticed is that most lifters who've wound up being successful have dreamer bulked at some point in their lifting career. The value of a dreamer bulk is really for people who are starting to feel like they're stagnating. A, so the first power lifting meat i did, i competed at one 65. And then, you know, just from touching weightsi, i naturally built some muscle, filled out the one 81 class. I'm already hitting a wall pretty hard. This is not good.
