The Chair Is Not the Problem

In the second edition of Extreme Dungeon Mastery, we talked about ways to include everybody at the table. We did a little role play in the book where someone says, hey, that chair doesn't work for me, I'm sorry to be a problem. And the host says, you're not the problem. The chair is the problem. We can fix the chair, we don't need to fix you. So let's as a group try and change that. By making that change in the way that I talk in my own head, by positioning myself, hopefully fingers crossed to write better about it when I put it into fiction.
