I was so focused on delivery and being interesting that I didn't understand the value of being interested. Since five years ago, diving now into this whole realm, you know, at first, wow. What blows my mind is stuff like this is not taught. We need to teach basic communication skills, literacy skills, how to learn. And it's crazy they use in the book where he's having a conversation with his kid but just doesn't change. He says: 'You're always just drowning'
