i just want to really encourage people that, yes, i'm not your gooroo. If glen james isyour gooroo, you've got a problem. I think it's good to have yo voices, and lots of different voices. Dave ramsey didn't get wealthy by diversifying the way. He made his money by telling people how to get out of debt,. And he was personally burned by that. You can see both sides from his personal experience with real estate. It can go really well under diversification equation.
