Fredrik has a diverse background. Prior to his current role as the CEO and Co-founder at Superside, he was the CEO and Co-Founder at Zalora, Indonesiaβs largest fashion e-commerce company. He also worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and as a Journalist at Agderposten. He has served in the Royal Norwegian Navy as well.
Fredrik is passionate about decentralized organizations, organizing company values, and how to constantly improve how companies work on a large scale.
