The State Execution of Richard Glossop

The Supreme Court has stayed halted the planned execution of one Richard Glossop in Oklahoma. He's been on death row for a long time and he's had so many close calls that he has had. A clemency board must recommend clemency for the governor to do anything, but they are deadlocked over whether this is fair. The case brings up a lot of very obvious questions about the death penalty - how we impose it.
