This is an example of what's called a moony image, or a two tone image. The second time you see it, your brain has become equipped with a prior expectation about what caused that image. And that prior expectation, no, that changes instantly the subjective experience of looking at that image. Whereas there were just random splodges of black and white, there are objects, there are actions, there's a scene happening there. It's anecdote. But it's fascinating window on to the fact that what we experience isn't just given by the sensory data.
