Do You Have a Defined Purpose?

I think I have been very passive in my approach not shading my purpose with my manager or with my HR or with my management not being very clear to them. That could be one of the reason why I'm not getting a clear answer back from them because they may not be seeing a defined purpose it could be right. Sam, treat yourself like the business okay position yourself as the one where there's a need and a goal and what you're trying to get clarity on is how do we get from where we areYou are in current state to the goal okay no different than a gap analysis that I know you're an expert in doing from a finance standpoint I like.
