Climbing Injury Prevention Exercises - Can They Really Make You Better Climbers?

Many climbing injuries are caused by muscular inbalance, like having very strong flex tendons and weak extenses. A lot of the common climbing injuries, fingers and elbows, are caused by this - if you never train your extensors, eventually what happens is your body stops responding to them. You're going to spend 30 times as much time on these rubber gadgets but they will make you a better climber. And almost it can have the effect for specially old people who've been traning their finger strenges all their life. It's amazing how many climbers that i've coached over the last ten years seem to co-operate with me starting to use these extensor trainers. I
