Is This an Exchange of Consciousness?

There isn't really a reason to think that there are multiple subjectivities or conscious subjects. It's just that this one subject can enter different modes, and the kind of information and experiences they have in one mode then is not necessarily accessible in another mode. So in these different modes a what you find is that one personality finds memories and experiences of another personality inaccessible.
