The Importance of Philosophy in Meditation

I think meditation is often taught poorly in the sense that they confuse metaphysics and philosophy with instructions. If you also take seriously the task of figuring out what is reality, I think that's important and that's my temperament. So anyway, if you're of the school of just meditate, don't philosophize. Probably what I have to say is not going to appeal very much to you. But yeah, obviously no alcohol or psychedelics or weed or anything of a sort. There's no meditation. No internet, no sex or anything sexual. One meal a day, typically healthy, although I didn't abstain from sweets like chocolate and every once in a while, which in retrospect
