Is Bitcoin a Security?

I get the sense Bitcoin is kind of immune from a lot of SEC problems whether or not we have Gary Gensler up there or not. There's no way really for them to say Bitcoin is a security because there we do not know who Satoshi Nakamoto is number one. Number two it is a new invention that's been around for 14 or 15 years so a lot of times other coins like what is Bitcoin get a pass. I don't think you're going to see another person come in and try to fight that battle as the CFTC already claimed it as a commodity.
