What Is Dialectical Behavior Therapy?

i think young people despair a little bit at the kind of false polarization that's going on. i'm curious if you can tell me anything about what i've seen dialectical behavior therapy. We should study this whether vinary thinking has led to, or at least contributed massively to the polarization of politics,. Does the direction of causality go the other way? And also, what to do about it?
