Is Celestia a Light Client?

A light client could run a celestial ight line, do tat availability sempling and only post the roll up blocks on to a celestia. They could be like, you can verify, as a light client yourself, that the hatter was actually included on the celestial chain by verifying, like amerke proof. A light client of the roll up could either be on the pieto peer layer of the roll-up itself or they could download the hatters directly from the celestial chain. It's literally just like a howi an invision itis, like, very far away currently, but this is what we're aiming for.
