Bashar al-Assad has been invited to the Climate Summit COP 28 in Dubai this November, December. He will do his best to use it as an opportunity to reenter the international community. This is of course going to make many Western leaders uncomfortable because they will not want a photo op with Assad. But what does this just say for all the bad dudes?
