Is There a Law in Africa?

There were international law rules from the very beginning. Already in 18 15, there was a verdict n the Angla war that now its matter of international law that e works of art cannot be ceased during wars. And this was confirmed in the treaty of paris after the napoleonic wars. So return of dispersed cultural objects on the basis of territoriality and identification is not sustainable at all. In my own country, the netherlands, we have a civil law system where anew after a certain moment of time, the new possessor will gain ownership.
