You don't want to try and change massively all in a single moment. What you want is slow growth. Tiny changes in your conversations will lead to extraordinary results over time. A third type of conversation is where you are asking for something from some one else. Begin with, what am i interrupting? And ask them, what would you need to say no to in order to help me achieve this?"
