What About Due Diligence?
As a CISO, you need time to get things done. You can't just stay in that left seat and that cockpit for hours and hours and hours,. Otherwise, it's just you're not going to be at your top form. If you were working over for the CISO, again, she's going to play in and work for me, but it legally probably are not going to understand what you do a whole lot. But go the value to the organization of A, keeping them out of trouble because there's not going to been promises that are made out there.
