I think probably the biggest thing that's changed has been my understanding of the diverse sets of backgrounds and skill sets that can be necessary for your CFO. The ideal background and skill set looks like for different companies so I think comes back to this example that I was mentioning it's like the CFO at the enterprise SaaS company versus the Cfo at an open door or a door dash have to look wildly wildly different if you're dealing with basically like infinite margin. So now I feel like I can help as a let's say as a venture capitalist or as a board member help a company assess a CFO.
