Is There a Benefit to Walking?

i do think there is an intrinsic therapeutic value to walking, at least for me, at least an hour or two a day. And if i look at my sleep quality, it is directly correlated with the amount of walking. It's not because i have some like a secret tibetan monk groinstretch that i do on a bed of nails,. drinking a special puer tea that enables he sinks. I sort of have enough katine in my system to have a little bit of liquid personality. So i'll just go for another anon. But at that is, say, none of these are rocket scienceiht.
