First book Winter Swimming is divided into physical health and mental health side. It's the whole introduction to my research, but in the second book you can say it's another digging into the benefits of cold and heat exposure - homeases. Thermalist also very much a debate about our health crisis and why I see the temperature changes can be a way to go for increasing our health as a preventive tool. And how we are so comfortable in our society, how we can use code and heat to widen our window for stress action.
