There's been genome like associated studies of educational attainment. Those are met with skepticism and also with, you know, people who see it as all heritable. But one of the interesting parts of those findings is that when once you start checking whether carrying a gene which predisposes to more education between me and you might so let's say that the allele gives me a month more of education across my life than you. If I were to compare myself to my brother, who may not carry the alleles as well as we don't necessarily inherit the same from our parents, the effect would reduce to like two weeks.
