The Importance of Having a Clear Outcome
Sally Kohn: I like to call it floridings, failure and learnings in the realm of online courses that you have made. The biggest one was courtesy of that first Facebook ads course, my second course, which was one on Instagram marketing. And what I learned from that was you really just how important it is to have a very clear outcome,. A very clear ideal customer, a very clear, you know, transformation and a very clear problem that you're solving.
