I think sometimes people think that there's this tried and true method. If you just work for this guy, everything will happen now. But as you've talked about in this conversation, it's not that. There's no straight line. And the learning process, look, we're all going to make mistakes. I still have more work to do. It seems like maybe a 10-year minimum anyway.
