But to put, to put a description behind it, i'm really enjoying this, because i've been doing that practice almost every day for about 15 years. She says she does chaotic breathing and deep breathing within an hour after getting out of bed in the morning. Skelton: It doesn't have to be every day, but having some modality of consistency here is key.
