In a lot of the research, we like to look at it and go, what was the impact of training volume on this study? Then we started to figure out actually, we had really short rest periods. That meant that they had to do more sets to get the same amount of growth,. etc., etc. So yeah, it's a very fuzzy picture that we've got, that's why you've just got to with that person in front of you. In a similar way that we predict somebody's total day, we should absolutely do the same thing with our programming.
