Dr. Williams: Persecution doesn't have to be taking place every day, right? And it don't have to hit a lot of people. I mean, if you've got a city really one attack, let's say, on a Christian church, a city of 500,000 people, that goes largely unpunished. That really counts as persecution for all Christians in the city. He says not everyone has to be physically assaulted or even threatened to live in terror. It's enough to know that it's there, that it's present and that at any moment it could strike.
