The Role of Transportation in Reducing Congestion

Transportation policy is set at the federal, state and local level. Part of relieving congestion is having more infrastructure but we make it harder to build in this country through buy America requirements. We also don't take advantage of market forces, things like congestion pricing that have been successfully employed elsewhere.
