The Cost of Healing Organizations

The Trauma Informed organization is a new approach to addressing organizational trauma in the workplace. The study found that companies are doing things with benevolent intent but they're just as harmful as the problems they intend to address. It's not always, you can't prioritize scale scale at first and have to actually think more about the people and the problem too. Many of us aren't willing to drink the Kool-Aid anymore - we want to flourish.
